Just a quick update. The book was finished a while ago, but it is making a couple of stops en route to Scootie's mom and dad. The final leg of its journey is imminent...!
My brofur Patrick became an angel three weeks ago yesterday. He is with his friend Scooter. She helped give him a much longer quality life than we could have ever wished for. I am so happy he was able to be part of the Scooter book.
Still my heart, and mommy's heart breaks for them both.
The book is in Knoxville right now, with Daisy Doodle. Coming to San Francisco soon! (SCootie's Mom knows it's traveling around, picking up pawprints...)
