Scooter was one of my first Catster friends. I don't remember the exact circumstances of how we met, but it was most likely Scooter who initiated contact via a pawmail message. My friendship with Scooter has been one of the most enjoyable and enduring that I have experienced on Catster. She possessed many wonderful personal qualities about which you can read in the various other tributes contained in this book. Other cats are much more eloquent than I am at expressing themselves in situations such as this. That's why I'd like to say simply: "What every other cat said." I admire that Scooter and her parents shared so many years together and wish that every cat in the world could experience life and love in the way that she did with her mom and dad. I will always have fond memories of my friend Scooter.
