Our Dear Scootie,
Because of you, my Mommy relaxed.
Because of you, my Mommy received good advice.
Because of you, my Mommy realized that a hairball, WAS a hairball.
Because of you, my Mommy learned about the early stages of renal failure.
Because of you, my Mommy taught herself to take one day at a time.
Because of you, my Mommy realized that my super-boney butt, just simply happened, due to my cancer.
Because of you, my Mommy, JoJo, and I, learned what a truly wonderful friend was/is, all about.
Because of you, Mommy is still able to go on..and write our diary entries. Regardless of how hard it is.
And last, but not least, Mommy realized that having even ONE hour of quality time with someone that is as special as you, is worth everything.
JoJo and I love you, Scootie. More than you will ever know. You have truly earned your golden wings.
